Tai Chi 16 steps Form


Yang Style 16 Form is a relatively new form developed in the early 2000 by a commission who decided to create other tai chi forms for grading purposes.

2- Part the Wild Horse’s Mane 2X
3- White Crane Spreads its Wings
4- Brush Knee 2X
5- Deflect, Parry and Punch
6- Withdraw and Push
7- Single Whip
8- Play the Lute
9- Repulse the Monkey 2X
10- Maiden Works her Shuttle
11- Needle at the Bottom of the Sea
12- Flash Arms like a Fan
13- Cloud Hands 2X
14- Grasp the Bird’s Tail
15- Cross Hands or Embrace the Tiger
16- Closing Form
